Raspberry farm
今天來談談我對於採raspberry的心得，
首先農場並不是非常的大，
christmas hill 這間農場他並不是只是單純的農場，
他還有專門販售raspberry相關產品的餐廳。
我們採的果子長了在這間餐廳販售外，
也直接運送到澳洲本島超市販售。

農場請的人數是以當天能完全採集完為主，
人數最多可以到70人左右，
每個人到農場後會先拿到印有自己號碼的貼紙，
推車(trolley)，籃子(tray)，裝果子的盒子(punnet)，
好的果子裝盒子；碎掉、爛掉的果子就丟做果醬(jam)的籃子，
當籃子滿了之後就貼貼紙，將tray放到陰影處(是因為果子照太陽會爛掉)，
等其他OZ員工騎檔車來收。

這幾天做這份工作的心得：
因為是by contract 做多少算多少，
而且果子有限，所以大家都死命的搶，
摘完自己的在去搶其他人的，
當得知自己採的tray數少於其他人總是不甘心，
壓力不少於by hour，不管哪種都有各自的壓力，
可是當收到薪資單發現自己的錢少於其他人，
感覺總是五味雜陳，總之是一言難盡，
所以我決定現在做好自己就好，

12/25
Those days had a lot of things.
I went to church and ate a free dinner.
The dinner had cheese, chicken, ham, salad,
4 kinds of mix rice, 4 kinds of pasta,
10 kinds of cakes, and vanilla ice cream con.
We enjoy the food and chat with oz friends,
even thought my English is not very well, ha.

12/20 等到工作的第一個假日，我決定作個raspberry mousse來吃吃，
至於原料當然是從農場A來的，哈哈。
12/23感覺有些落寞，因為有些朋友都計劃要去玩，
有些還要去比較遠的地方玩，而我就是呆在這，
不過仔細想想大家都是過客，只是因為一個因緣巧合聚在一起，
每個人都有自己的計畫是正常的，正所謂好聚好散。
我也要好好朝我的目標前進，而我目前主要的計畫就是努力工作賺旅費，
也要開始找下一份工作。這裡找到的工作都是靠HOSTEL介紹，
所以我還有很多可以努力的空間。

12/24 我和其他人搭伙，Cathy魯的豬腳很好吃XD，
正是所謂人不可貌相 ^^。

我今天還發生了件很慘的事，相當於我第2生命的隨身硬碟掛了…
我實在不知道要該說啥。許多資料是可以回台灣抓，
但澳洲的生活要怎度過。不過隔天想想，
或許這是女神給我的一個聖誕禮物，
不要太依賴電腦應該要多多去跟其他人接觸。
我會去買個隨身碟來備份我的相片和資料，至於影片就算了巴。

12/25 今天去教堂參加禮拜，今天主題是聖誕節的由來，還有唱聖歌，
有許多歌曲都很好聽，有讓人洗滌重生的感覺。
禮拜完之後我們和Marie夫婦碰面，
我們7人分批座其他教友的車去她家吃午餐，
今天的午餐也是很豐盛，
有許多我們平常狠不下心買的水果和他們自己做的餐點，
哀BACKPACKER啥時變的這麼窮，讓我有點不好意思><。

之后氣氛雖然有點冷但我們也都盡量找話題聊XD，
後來才知道john之前有在中國西安教過英文，
也可能因為這樣才會邀我們到她家作客八。
之後我們又去玩玩他家的黑色喜來蒂牧羊犬Shine，



john 還教我們玩撞球，很多人ㄧ開始都說不會玩，
一下場才知道個個都是老手XD。
最後我們一起照個大合照，



並相約禮拜日教堂見。
還不知道禮拜天要不要工作呢= ="。

conclusion about those days raspberry farm's experence is not very well.
the weather was not good.
compare others my picking were fewer > <.
but i love this working enviornment.
i will work with seriously attitude and in easy mood tomorrow.
goddess wish me ^^.

Raspberry

Finally I get raspberry job after 1 month.
That is the hard time for waiting.
This time I will do my best!!

East coast of tasmania

Today Jenny, Ivy, Gewen and I rent an auto car.

Only I am the youngest boy ha.

We went to east coast of Tasmania.

The first day we stop at ashgrove cheese factory,

and bicheno.

We taste many strange cheeses and cross the bridge at cataract gorge.

Saw the bakery in ross town.

The shop display in Japanese animation named“魔女宅急便”.

In the bicheno we saw the small penguins on beach at 9 pm.

My first drive experience was from Launceston to Ross and took 1 hr.

We stay night at the bicheno backpacker.

That is 8 doom room and we all slept at top.

第2天早上我們終於要去這幾天的重頭戲 ”Frecynet” 國家公園，

這一天由我先打頭陣，開車到了國家公園原本已回會有收費閘道，

結果一路開到目的地”Wineglass bay”還是沒看到收費，但路上都一直標示

要出示證明不然要罰款><，我們後來決定回到之前的遊客中心問問，

原來門票要在那裡買…

到達目的地停好車後就看到野生的wallaby 他算是小型袋鼠，

袋子裡還有小袋鼠真可愛，這算我在澳洲第一次看到真的袋鼠 ^^。

要到Wineglass bay 還有走ㄧ段登山步道才能看到，

一開始很悠閒的邊走邊拍照，但到後來路越來越難走，

都只顧著看路。最後花了1個多小時才到達，但這是值得的，

真是所謂的藍天、碧海、和夢幻白的沙灘。

在這晃了很久直到快下雨才決定打道回府，

但回程還真是辛苦一路都是爬坡><。

爬完山之後大家都有點疲倦，換Jenny開車我坐在一旁就睡著了…

之後回到Bicheno大家買一隻烤雞當午餐，

但周圍不斷有海鳥飛過來一直想分一杯羹，吃個飯還真是熱鬧。

之後我們又到fire bay看海景，會被稱作火焰是因為岩石上的青苔是紅的，

以及是由許多波浪狀的海灘所構成。

玩到快3點左右決定要回去了，回程又去參觀一家cheese工廠，

不過囧的是，原本店員要關門了但看到我們又把open的牌子換回來，

 cheese tasting 還切新的給我們吃，擺明的不買就很不好意思= =， 

Gewen 決定自告奮勇的要買一塊，真是對不起他了> <”.

最後回程的山路是由我ㄧ個人吃了下來，開了快2小時屁股都爛了，

不過山路經驗值倍增 嘿嘿。

回到Devonport後又去逛了一下超市，搶到超便宜的烤雞半隻只要台幣15元，

可惜的是手腳太慢沒幫其他人搶到真是殘念。

總之這幾天時間過的超快的，希望有機會大家能在一起出去玩 ^ ^.

Cherry cake

Ingredients:

5 eggs

low protein self raising flour 200g

white sugar 150g

cherry can 200g (maybe cherry jam will better)

oil 50g

separate egg white and egg yolk

mix yolk, cherry can(without fruit flesh), and oil.---(1)

(1) mix with flour.---(2)

foaming egg white with sugar. untill it like cream.---(3)

mix (2) and (3). put cherry fruit flesh on it.

put it into oven and 150 degree baking 35 minutes.

The finally product.(look not very well XD.)

Today I went to NAB again and finally I got the debit card ><.

In this case I learned the truth.

If you want to ask some questions, just ask the young and beauty girl staffs.

They will more motivate than others XD.

The history about my nab bank experience: Melbourne 7 times and Devonport 5 times.

If this bank in Taiwan I would ask their manager to explain and apologize.

And I find nab give me two pin and one card

that mean the card in my hand is the second card. 

Why they not just send the first card to me. 

The bank's cost management have a big problem.

Today I make a chocolate cake. The cake is very delicious, 

and it ate up by other people. 

I can't take the photo immediately. XD 

38 days

Today we had a interview in afternoon.
The farmer is my ex-boos XD.
So I not joined the interview.
My roommate Mark get the job.
I really congratulate him about this.

Few days ago I stew pork for my hometown dishes.
This is my first time but the test is very delicious ^^.

Next time I will try to do chocolate cake.
